What a place, amazing staff, these folks could not be more helpful. A real sense of friendliness and a desire to help, indicating great values and management. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, Emily the Service Manager (first class) and Ryan (he of the mega muscles). They changed a tow ball for me on my hitch, service with a smile and they represented the shop so well. More cold drinks if I pass by again. Paul from Scotland.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at this Firestone location from the moment we walked through the door. Quintin greeted us right away and was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process from start to finish. When the team realized we would be without a vehicle and needed a rental, Aaron immediately stepped in, contacted Enterprise on our behalf, and helped us secure the Firestone rental rate. That extra effort made a stressful situation much easier. Both Quintin and Aaron provided outstanding customer service. They were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us. Their communication and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. We truly appreciate the excellent service we received and would absolutely recommend this Firestone location. 10/10 experience!

Came here to get an inspection & quote 2 weeks ago. First, they didn’t do the tire rotation despite being on the list of service and having my car for 5 hours, the easiest part. Can’t trust their work after that. Was quoted $3,935.96 for parts & labor for work that needed to be done on my suspension. I bought the exact same parts myself for $550 and found a 5-star auto repair shop to do the labor PLUS alignment for $872. They did a fantastic job and saved over $2,500. Let me express the employees were fantastic, customer service wise, nothing to do with them. But Firestone is drastically overpricing on supplying parts. Was told by an employee they mark up the parts 50% but I purchased the exact same ones. The markup is moreso 550% unless they have a terrible supplier who is overcharging them

The customer service at this Firestone is top-tier! From the moment the manager met with me, he was incredibly friendly and proactive, approaching me immediately to ask what was going on with my vehicle. I explained that my engine skid cover had come loose, and he took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done to fix it. Even though he mentioned there might be a short wait, his professional and welcoming attitude really put me at ease. This location is the closest to my home, and after such a positive experience, I will definitely be returning for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service!

For all my lowered car guys/gals: They have a drive in rack for all the lowered cars for alignment. They also offer an aftermarket warranty on vehicles as well. Emily, Andrew, And Jennifer and Aaron were all super helpful and very patient with me to get my tires on and an alignment. Kept me informed on ETA, and they have a drive in rack for all the lowered cars for alignment
